The Q Restaurant and Bar is looking for Bartenders,Servers, Hosts and Busser’s with a passion for food, wine, and excellent service. All applicants must be driven and self-motivated with a strong desire to advance in the culinary and food service business. Time devoted to getting the job done properly is the work ethic at the Q, compensation is competitive. Utilize a seasonal approach with our own growing grounds and local purveyors
The Q R&B is a two time recipient of the SF Chronicles Top 100 and received 3 stars from SF Food Critic Michael Bauer. Sunset Magazine named The Q the best BBQ in the West. We have received the Michelin Bib Gourmand awards and are Michelin Recommended. Please attach a resume with references to your email response. The Q R&B is located at 3900 Bel Aire Plaza in the Whole Foods Shopping Center just off Highway 29 and Trancas Street in the Napa Valley. We are moving to 1313 Main Street in June.

Take the stage at a highly visible location which will allow you to be recognized in one of the country’s culinary capitals. We are looking for applicants who are available for both lunch and dinner service as needed. Catering experience is a plus.
