Job Description

• As directed by commissary chef, supports culinary and baking/pastry production for all Southside cafes, consistently executing all items according to demonstrated standards.

• Contributes to large-scale pre, in collaboration with head event chef

• Provides culinary assistance at catering events as scheduled

• Works with commissary prep team to track prep inventory and maintain prep pars.
